About Us
Sisters With Aspiring Goals (S.W.A.G) is a non-profit and community service organization dedicated to social and educational development and empowerment. The organization provides mentoring and support to girls ages 5-18 years old by teaching, encouraging, and equipping them with necessary skills for character building, self-esteem, self-love, and self-worth.
The organization encourages these young ladies to become confident, college-bound, career focused and prepared for the future by providing direction from mentors throughout the community. The young ladies participate in numerous program presentations, informative workshops, field and community service projects.
Sisters With Aspiring Goals (S.W.A.G) was founded in 2016 by Ella Watkins, who serves as Executive Director.
