Personal Awareness and Communication for Managers

Poor communication between management and employees is one of the most common workplace problems. Effective leaders understand their own style of communicating, and they are able to "flex" their style so they can relate to and communicate better with others. Participants will complete the INSIGHT Inventory assessment and determine their communication style in four areas: influencing others, responding to others, making decisions, and dealing with details. Participants will then develop strategies for communicating with people who have opposite styles. The owrkshop will be facilitated by Kelly Mollica, Ph.D. Dr. Mollica is a leadershop development specialist with The Centre Group in Memphis. The Centre Group specializes in helping businesses improve their bottom line through human asset development.
