The Donor Development and Special Events Manager is responsible for raising the required funds for the organization to continue its operations and reach the budgeted revenue goals annually through donor development, stewardship, networking, and managing fundraising events from inception to execution of all aspects of the event. This role will maintain current community relationships and form new working partnerships for financial sustainability. In addition, this positions will also secure new 3rd party events to benefit the House.
Work is performed under the general supervision of the Regional Director who sets direction, reviews completed work with the employee, and evaluates overall performance in accordance with the mission, policies and procedures set by the organization.
