Panel of Speakers: Dr. Carol Rothstein, President - Jackson State Community College; Dr. Youlanda Jones, President - TCAT Northwest; and Dr. Jenny Miles, Executive Director - University of Memphis Lambuth.
About the Panel:
Dr. Carol Rothstein is the president of Jackson State Community College, where she brings more than two decades of experience in higher education leadership. She holds an associate degree in accounting, a bachelor’s in education, a master’s in management and leadership, and a doctorate in higher education administration.
Dr. Jennifer Miles began serving as Executive Director of the University of Memphis Lambuth Campus in June 2025. As Executive Director, Jenny serves as the chief administrative and operating officer of the Lambuth Campus. Jenny has worked in higher education, as an administrator and as a faculty member, for over 30 years. She has extensive experience as a practitioner in higher education, including serving as a Vice President of Student Services and as a Vice President for Student Affairs. As senior student affairs officer, Jenny has overseen student affairs/student services and enrollment management at a multi-campus community college and at a comprehensive four-year university.
Dr. Youlanda Jones serves as the President of the Tennessee College of Applied Technology (TCAT) Northwest, which includes campuses across Dyer, Tipton, Lauderdale, Crockett, Obion, and Lake counties. She holds a Doctor of Education in Leadership & Policy Studies, a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Strategic Leadership, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management—all from the University of Memphis.
