Stuart is a seasoned executive and community leader with 30 years of progressive leadership experience in Scouting America. An Eagle Scout at age 13 and he has served as a commissioned professional for organizations across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic.
His executive leadership experience includes strategic planning, organizational growth, fundraising, membership development, community partnerships, leadership development, volunteer engagement, and oversight of complex operations and properties. He has served on staff for three National Jamborees and one World Jamboree.
Stuart is recognized for building strong teams, developing leaders, strengthening community relationships, and aligning mission with measurable impact. His leadership philosophy centers on empowering people, supporting volunteers, and creating sustainable organizations that positively influence the communities they serve.
