The Residential Support Worker also provides mentoring and emotional support. Ratio: 1 Direct Care/Psych Tech to 8 residents. Gender specific: Men work with boys Women work with girls Pay: $15/hour Benefits: Full time   Paid Time Off   Health Insurance   Dental Insurance   Vision Insurance   Life Insurance   available first of month after 60 days of service. 401K with up to 4% company match available at 12 months of service. Immediate Job Openings Requirements:   Must be able to work day shift and/or overnight 12-hour weekend shifts.   Have experience working with the ages 13-17.   Have experience working in a residential setting.   Be 21 years old or older.   Pass full background check including a check with TBI. The typical resident at Youth Town has varying levels of dependency on drugs and/or alcohol and varying levels of emotional trauma.
