DESCRIPTION:Inhalant abuse has been called the "silent epidemic."  Few parents and teachers realize that "huffing" is going on in their own homes and schools.  The products  that are huffed are as close as the kitchen sink\, bathroom or storage facility.  It is also a deadly practice since a person can die on the "first try."  So little is known about it by the public\, parents and educators that the Community Anti-Drug Coalition and JACOA are teaming up to present a community awareness workshop on March 15\, 2005 at Liberty High School Auditorium  from 6:00-8:00 pm.  The workshop is free and the public is invited.
